We want your KOALLEY order to arrive as smoothly as possible. Delivery timing depends on the fulfillment location of each item.

Estimated delivery times

The applicable delivery estimate is displayed on each product page and during checkout.

Separate packages

Products in the same order may be fulfilled by different suppliers or locations. Items may therefore arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is shipped in multiple packages.

Order processing and tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email when it becomes available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if a correction is required. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment.
